Background of the decision
Since the founding of Setaleur, we have worked to develop initiatives that combine innovation, education, and social impact. As the scope of our activities expanded, it became necessary to ensure a clear functional and organizational separation between commercial operations and public-interest initiatives, in order to preserve clarity of purpose, alignment of roles, and the integrity of decision-making
Based on this assessment, the nonprofit arm was formally separated from the parent company and restructured as an independent entity operating under its own legal and administrative framework.

As of late 2023, Setaleur Unity operates as a fully independent nonprofit organization, with
